A Happy Accident
Dream it.
In 2013 my wife Mindy and I were looking for a place to build a new home. It was a happy accident that the Chanhassen lot we fell in love with was owned by architect Charles R. Stinson . After a leap of faith, (by each of us) we were breaking ground on a home beyond our dreams!
I have always had an appreciation for modern architecture, and often marveled at the homes Charles designed around the lakes of Minneapolis. What a departure from the 1916 Four-Square we had in the same neighborhood.
Build it.
Although an experienced remodeler this was the first home that we built from the ground up. None of this would have been possible without the quality trade relationships we had forged over the years. They are partnerships built on a foundation of respect and trust with a deep passion for exceptional design and exacting quality.
Live it.
I still pinch myself. It’s one thing to see a photo, but to truly understand how it makes you feel, you have to experience it in person (just let me know when you want to stop by!). It is a truly special Modern Home Design, with floor to ceiling windows, and so much light. With an open floor plan it’s perfect for entertaining family and friends. This is the happily ever after…
